Nowadays, all parents are looking for unique playground designs for their children, rich in fun and distinctive experiences, where they can play, interact and develop!

We find that children are returning to the playgrounds and spending more time there with family and friends. It’s not uncommon to see parents visiting different parts of their city, looking for a parkwith a unique concept that’s inspiring and attractive at first glance!

It’s a layout they’ll be able to spend hours in, as it’s been specially designed to offer a variety of activities that allow them to both push their limits and take time out to recharge their batteries. A park that’s unique to our community and its identity, where we’ll enjoy spending quality time with our little ones and the people in our neighbourhood, making us want to come back again and again!

But how do you go about creating this kind of place?

“How do you go about creating a distinctive playground; a Signature Park?”

APPEAL – THE WOW EFFECT

Unique and distinctive products are the first reason people travel. Make sure you’ve clearly identified the play space on offer in your area, then it’ll be easier to innovate for your Signature project!

Remember that play areas must also be attractive to parents. Make sure there’s space for a parent to play with their child.

What’s more, the equipment needs to “speak” to children. For example, toddlers are more attracted by clear images, simple shapes and bright colors. The Robinia mini range is a good example!

Older children, on the other hand, are attracted by abstract images, more complex shapes and colors, and physical challenges. The Skytwister is perfect for this age group!

TRANSPARENCY

Selectequipment with a transparent design to ensure better visibility for parents supervising their children, thus supporting a sense of security.

Consider different play stations for different age groups to ensure that parents can always keep an eye on their older children. In fact, KOMPAN ‘s Robinia range makes it possible to create stations adapted to each age group according to their physical challenges, while maintaining a sense of security.

SCALABLE OFFER

Create areas for play and exchange within the community between children/parents/grandparents, and various fun activities for each age group.

Invite people to spend more time and feel at home. It’s important to create living spaces, well-appointed spaces by adding comfortable, colourful furnishings with the universal accessibility. The furniture Arabesque by Moonako is a playground must: fun and colorful, the whole family can join in the fun, whatever their age!

Above all, think big: imagine your park evolving over the years while remaining current, for a long time to come!
