It is with great emotion that we announce today the departure of a person who has led our company to many successes. Pierre Moulin will be stepping down as Chairman on June 30, 2021, making way for a competent and dynamic new generation. We thank him warmly for his vast expertise, immense know-how and contagious passion, all of which he has passed on to the management team throughout his career, and which have enabled the company to grow.
As of June 30, he will be replaced by Maryse Sauvé, current Partner and Vice-President Sales. Maryse will breathe new life into the company to continue its accelerated growth by further expanding the product portfolio and developing new markets.
An impressive career tinged with passion
With Atmosphäre for over 26 years, Maryse Sauvé joined the company as an administrative assistant, rising through the ranks to become president thanks to her hard work, passion for people, and desire to make a difference in the design of playful public spaces in Quebec. The first woman at the helm of the company, this born entrepreneur was already declaring loud and clear at the age of 5 that she wanted to run a business when she grew up! So mission accomplished, and the challenge is all the more stimulating for her!
New management, same mission!
Atmosphäre’s mission remains the same: to create unique experiences for the children and users who visit our public spaces, by creating stimulating and innovative living environments that exceed customer expectations and push back the boundaries of the industry.
“My goal is to create the company of tomorrow and reach new heights! In keeping with Atmosphäre’s mission, I’d like to offer a playground for employee development that’s as stimulating and innovative as the signature projects created for users in the field,” says Maryse Sauvé.
Over the next few years, the company’s strong growth will be achieved through major hiring, acquisitions and the development of new markets. These new resources will join a close-knit team, woven even tighter after a year as special as the one we’ve all just been through.
