Inspection
Our team of experts usually starts with a complete inspection of the stand. This involves checking the hardware underneath the stand to ensure that no parts are damaged. This step also detects any anomalies in the mechanism that could potentially affect its smooth operation during handling.
Next, our specialists inspect the seats. They check each seat and its hardware to make sure there’s no damage to the seat and/or backrest, armrests and mechanism, or to the folding seat hardware.
At the end of the component inspection, the technicians check the stand’s operation by opening and closing it. This exercise enables them to see if there are any anomalies in the grandstand’s movement. If there are any complications, the technicians can run a few tests to sort things out. If one or more parts need to be replaced, the customer will be notified, and a quotation will follow if the warranty does not apply.
An inspection report is also given to the customer following our team’s visit, with recommendations if necessary.
Maintenance
Maintenance of the grandstand, as well as the seats, mainly consists of cleaning, adjusting, recalibrating and tightening all mechanical, hardware, electrical and component parts. That said, if the customer has an inventory of parts for the seats and stands, our experts are able to replace worn parts. If parts need to be ordered, the technician reports the information to our office, and a quote will follow as soon as possible. 
Training
Deploying and closing the grandstand may seem straightforward, but to avoid misuse, our specialists can provide a training reminder for the technical team in charge of handling the hall.
