Full-body workout with adjustable equipment
The five machines and two benches are the most popular pieces of equipment in gyms, working all the major muscle groups in the body.
With the Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Horizontal Row and Pull Down, all upper-body push and pull angles are mobilized.
The Leg Press activates all the muscles of the lower body in a single exercise. And with the addition of the Sit-Up Bench and Lower Back Bench, which target the abdominal muscles, the whole body is involved.
