For the development of Parc du Lac-Delage, the city called on the services of EVOQ to assist management in the design of a municipal park.
For its part, the Town of Lac-Delage surveyed the population to determine their choice of playground equipment. Kompan’s ROBINIA collection of playground equipment proved to be the perfect choice for citizens.
The ROBINIA all-wood collection blends perfectly with the area’s natural, woody decor. The project will be divided into two phases.
Lac-Delage Park: Phase 1
The first phase was completed in June 2021. This includes facilities for young and old aged 6 and over. The highlight is undoubtedly the giant 100-foot (30m) zip line with its imposing wooden columns. The agility course is made up of 4 other all-wood structures offering graded challenges for adventurers. Once the loop is complete… off they go again on the zip line!
Phase 2
In spring 2022, the second phase will be installed. A two-bay swing will be added, one with 1 bird’s nest and the second with 2 straight seats. In addition, a musical panel, a large whiteboard, a spring ladybug and a slide tower, all from the ROBINIA collection, complete the layout.
