Paul-Arseneau High School, in l’Assomption, offers an arts concentration program covering several performing arts disciplines. So it’s important to provide comfortable, modern seating for students, teachers and spectators alike. That’s why the school chose Atmosphäre for their new MAXAM telescopic grandstand from Hussey Seating Company.
This grandstand includes 372 Metro seats, and is designed to allow the seats to be deployed for performances or meetings, and to be stowed away when not required, freeing up agora space for dinner tables, for example.
The front row is available at all times, even when the rest of the seats are closed, providing seating for students at all times. What’s more, given their polymer rather than fabric design, these seats will resist wear and tear despite increased use, resulting in extended service life and reduced maintenance costs.
A dedicated area in the central section allows the installation of an audio-visual control room at the optimum location, without interfering with the use of the grandstand. The control room is also equipped with cable glands for quick and discreet installation, accessible under the stand.
