A Matchplay 2 sand dressed sports surface by Playrite has been installed at Sainte-Anne elementary school in Montreal, enabling students to play sports such as soccer, handball and ultimate frisbee. What’s more, the surface can easily accommodate a skating rink in winter, just like the one at Saint-Michel School in Quebec City. The stage is set for the faceoff!
This project, in collaboration with Taktik Design, is located in Montreal’s Rosemont borough. Sainte-Anne elementary school wanted to provide students with stimulating, multi-purpose outdoor spaces. The courtyard has undergone a major makeover to offer several distinct zones, including the addition of a synthetic multi-sports pitch.
