Repentigny’s Parc Laforest is a phased project, the first of which took place in 2009. The first phase included a KOMPAN Edge module for 5- to 12-year-olds, an Element module for 2- to 5-year-olds, as well as smaller independent elements in the same zone.
This year, the park has a new addition: a cuckoo’s nest swing and a Tipi carousel, all installed on a Playrite sanded carpet surface. The colorful mat with its burst pattern provides an optimal absorption surface for the play area, requires little maintenance and ensures that the drop height is always at the right level, where sand would normally form grooves, for example.
